WARRANTY POLICY

Our warranty period for products supplied and installed by Ex-Africa Energy is one year subject to the following terms and conditions.

The general warranty does not apply to any product or part that has been modified or damaged by, but is not limited to the following:

  1. Installation or removal
  2. Erratic fluctuations in power supply
  3. Operation contrary to manufacturer`s instruction
  4. Malfunctioning of connected products
  5. Alterations or disassembly (e.g. removal or replacement of plugs)
  6. Accident or Abuse
  7. Corrosion
  8. Lightning
  9. Unauthorized repair
  10. Shipping or Transport by the customer
  11. Defacing of the product

All product returns, no matter what date of purchase, or any other factor must be assessed by Ex Africa Energy return department before any action can be taken to replace, repair or refund.

 

At the point when the customer releases the product for assessment they understand and accept that charges may apply for transport and repairs. All charges will be communicated and authorization sought before proceeding with the repair.

 

Although every effort will be made to expedite this process, no liability is held for delays in processing product return claims.

 

Returns for refund are not acceptable.

 

Each visit made by the company personnel during the warranty period attracts a transport fee to be communicated to the client prior to deployment using AA rates.
